Terms and Conditions for Workplace Improvement Compliance and Audit (WICA) Consulting eCommerce Platform

  1. Introduction

Welcome to the WICA Consulting eCommerce Platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our Products and Services. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.

 

  1. Definitions

– “Platform” refers to the WICA Consulting eCommerce Platform.

– “Products and Services” refers to the sale of Integrated Management, Quality and Work Health and Safety Systems, Policies, Procedures and associated documentation offered for sale on the Platform.

– “Customer” refers to any individual or entity using the Platform to purchase Products or Services.

– “We”, “Us”, and “Our” refer to WICA Consulting.

 

  1. Use of Platform

– The Platform is intended for use by professionals and businesses involved in workplace improvement, compliance, and audit activities.

 

  1. Orders and Payments

– All orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance by WICA Consulting.

– Prices for Products and Services are listed on the Platform and are subject to change without notice. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST.

– Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on the Platform. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

 

  1. Delivery of Products and Services

– Upon successful payment, Customers will receive access to the purchased Products and Services via download or other electronic means.

– Delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery.

 

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

– Due to the digital nature of the Products and Services, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of defective content or technical issues.

– Customers may request a cancellation of their order before access to the Product or Service has been granted. Refunds for such cancellations will be processed at our discretion.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

– All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, on the Platform is the property of WICA Consulting or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

– Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Products and Services for their internal business purposes. Redistribution or resale of the Products and Services is strictly prohibited.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

– To the maximum extent permitted by law, WICA Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or the Products and Services.

– Our total liability to any Customer for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Products and Services.

 

  1. Privacy

– We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, available on the Platform, explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

– By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

  1. Governing Law

– These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.

– Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

 

  1. Amendments

– We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform and will take effect immediately upon posting.

– It is the Customer’s responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.
